In addition to being a qualified Psychotherapist with expertise in clinical hypnotherapy and integrative counselling, I am Mum to three grown children who are each pursuing their dreams.

 

Alongside them, I navigate the delightful chaos brought by a mischievous puppy, who undoubtedly keeps us on our toes!

Previously, I volunteered for an online crisis support service, offering a compassionate ear and in the moment support to those in need. 

 

I've also worked as a counsellor for an organisation dedicated to assisting individuals, both men and women, who have experienced abuse.

 

These experiences, together with the amazing clients which I have supported within my private practice, have enriched my understanding of human resilience and the importance of tailored support in times of difficulty or personal change.

Central to my practice is the belief that each client is unique, deserving of individualised care. Through a thorough initial consultation, I craft personalised treatment plans designed to address specific needs and goals.

I offer face-to-face sessions in the serene environment of my clinic room in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire, where clients can find solace and support.

 

Additionally, I provide online sessions, ensuring accessibility to clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

 

Regardless of the setting, my commitment remains unwavering—to provide empathetic support and effective therapeutic interventions to facilitate positive change and growth.
